STITCH N CRAFT BEAD CHALLENGE with CREATE YOUR STYLE with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS

We are pleased to announce that STITCH n CRAFT and CREATE YOUR STYLE with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS have launched this year’s Bead Challenge 2011-2012

The Challenge consists of 6 different projects throughout the year on a bimonthly basis.
Each project will be based around a colour theme for which we will provide an inspirational picture to help you.

Details of the 6 Challenges:

Treasure Chest, Key and Lock - decorated as you wish. Neckpiece - something that is worn around the neck i.e. Necklace, lariat, collar, tie, etc. Wrist or Hand Adornment - which could be a bracelet, cuff, bangle, glove but not a ring. Jewellery Accessories - for example a fascinator, tiara, headband, ring and brooch set. Wearable Decorative - possibly a corsage, brooch, belt, hand bag decoration, etc. Designers Free Choice - let you imagination run free.

There are an additional two SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS that will be included in the challenge, Owlet Fancy Stone article number 3231 and a Helio Pendant article number 6040,
These must be used in one of the challenges, it is your choice which challenge you would like to add it.
It could be used for a clasp, decoration, focal point, etc.

There will be three levels for entry, beginner, intermediate and advanced.
The winner in each category will receive a SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS special prize.
Beginner (beading 1 year or less)
Intermediate (less than 5 years but more than 1)
Advanced (more than 5 years, selling your work or teaching)

The cost of the Treasure Challenge entry is £22.00 and is non refundable or transferable in any circumstances.
The retail value of the goods included in the Challenge equates to over £50!
