STEP 1: Glue the Flat Backs No Hotfi x stones from the SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS assortment into the base of the candle holder (the 12 cm baking pan) as shown in the illustration. (The stones can be glued in somewhat of a random fashion, but the larger stones should be closer to the center, followed by the medium stones and then the smaller stones.)
