STEP 1: Cut a circle with a diameter of 10 cm out of the silicon sheet using a cutter (using a circle template, for example a drinking glass, is helpful).

STEP 2: Stick a needle into the mat 7 mm in from the edge of the mat. Stick another needle into the mat 7 mm in from the fi rst hole and 4 mm in from the edge. Stick a third needle into the mat 7 mm in from the fi rst and 10 mm in from the edge. Remove the needles and punch 2 mm holes at the marks using the punching pliers.

STEP 3: Cut a 6 cm piece of 0.35 mm nylon thread. Secure one end by melting the nylon using a lighter as shown in the illustration. Slide on one of the following Beads from the SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS assortment as shown in the illustration: 5328 3 mm Pacifi c Opal, 5328 4 mm Indian Sapphire, 5328 2.5 mm Crystal AB and 5328 3 mm Pacific Opal. Cut the nylon thread to 3 cm. Secure the other end by melting the nylon using the lighter as shown in the illustration.
