STEP 1: Print out the letter “R” to the specifi cations shown in the diagram and then again in a mirror image as shown in the illustrations with this step.
STEP 2: Cut a 1 m piece of 2 mm aluminium wire and bend a loop at one end using round nose pliers.
STEP 3: Form the wire onto the “R” pattern and use fl at nose pliers to bend the wire at the place shown in the diagram.
Make this bend 5 cm in length and then bend it back up at a 90 degree angle on the mirrored “R” pattern,
(see illustration in this step for details). Continue to form the “R” shape with the wire.
