STEP 1: Cut a 5 x 20 cm fabric piece and iron the lining onto it as shown in the illustrations. Draw a square pattern of 3.2 x 3.2 cm or use the pattern in the illustrations and stick double sided tape to the back side. Using the pattern cut out 4 green, 3 petrol blue, 3 night blue, 1 fuchsia, 2 rose, 2 patterned blue, 2 capri blue and 2 organza fabric pieces.

STEP 2: Take two fabric pieces, place one on top of the other and sew them together from the reverse side of each fabric. Make sure that there is a gap of 5 mm from the edge and then flip them open towards the correct side of the fabric. Repeat this step to get a pattern similar to the illustrations.

STEP 3: Place a Dacron piece 1 mm larger than the fabric stitched together into rows. Stitch them together and cut off the extra Dacron.
